Just read December Benefits and Work bulletin regarding DLA to PIP transfers are taking longer than anticipated (I think this is what I have just read)
Is there then any evidence that although PIP2 forms have been submitted, that it is taking a longer time than expected to get an assessment, and if so, does this relate to ESA/PIP claimants, or to claimants in general (non working age over 65).

It does make reference to working age group?
We have seen some slow down of the assessment process, there was a time when bookings were being made in days and it is now more likely to be weeks, however, the primary impact of the slowdown will not be to individual assessments but rather to the number being invited to claim PIP at any time and as a consequence, that it will take at least three years to complete the transfer rather than the original two years.
