I had my ESA assessment and asked for a copy of the report and it contained several things that were untrue. How can they get away with putting down incorrect information ? Is there any appeal against this ?
If your decision is not the one you expected or wanted, ie not enough points for the level of benefit you wanted, then you can appeal.
You will find the appeal guide in the relevant section of the members only part of the site accessed via the menu down the left hand side of every webpage of this site.
If you got your expected award despite the incorrect information then there is little point fighting it. You could still submit a formal complaint if you wanted.
