pip tribunal success

Recieved decision letter today. Awarded standard daily living and enchanced mobility. Feeling very relieved as not worked since accident in August 14.Will now be able to pay mortgage. Decision letter did not state for how long wod it be the same as original award standard mobility.I really cant thank this site enough as I had been fortunate never to have had to claim any benefits at all. Have been really shocked at the whole process. Never thought I would have to atend two tribunals was successful at ESA tribunal and placed in support group. Thank you again and best wishes to all who are still struggling to overturn decision. It is such a relief to be able to go into the New Year and not have to think about tribunals.

If the Tribunal have not given an end date for the PIP awards, it is likely that it has not changed.

It should take DWP 6-8 weeks to action the Tribunal decision, and the more back payments owed, the longer that it may take.

You should receive a letter from DWP confirming the PIP Awards and the length of the Awards.

If you don't, you can request it !!
