Medical report

Hi,
I have just received a letter saying I have been placed in the report group 13 months after my original application. I wasn't expecting that! Your guides were invaluable. I would really like to see the reports that were generated from my medical assessment and used to determine the result. What should I ask for and who should I write to for these? Thanks.

Looking back at your previous posts, I am assuming that your query is regarding ESA, and that you have just been placed into The Support Group. (SG)
