My grandson has just turned 16 and has now been invited to claim PIP.
Amongst other health issues he has severe dyslexia and can't read or write. He is still at school and has one on one help in the classroom - someone reads everything to him and writes his answers.
My daughter in law does not know how to complete the PIP2 form so is coming over to me tomorrow so that I can help her.
I am not sure if he is now treated as an adult and the form should be filled in using 'first' person or filled in using 'third', if you know what I mean, by a parent.
Is he a child until he is 18 or an adult for the purposes of the PIP. It is very confusing..
