It should only take a couple of days but payment may be delayed if they miss your normal payment day.

Well I got appeal confirmation and sent in the confirmation and fit not to the DWP on 28 Sep requesting assessment rate, I received DWP text confirming fit note receipt on 3 Nov, so hoping they will confirm very soon?

It may be that they were considering an appeal which they can do within 28 days of the decision.
In any case it gives them a month to delay making your payment or dealing with the paperwork.
I would think your payment will arrive soon.

I hope so, I receive PIP but last received JSA 8 Oct, they 'suspended' on 19 Oct so existing only on food parcels, bills unpaid, getting hassle from council over housing so need esa in arrears as now only had PIP for over 4 weeks.

You need to chase the DWP about their putting you back onto the ESA Assessment rate.
You mention that your JSA has been suspended, have you been sanctioned?
