ESA reports

Well I thought I had posted this request yesterday,but when I came to see if I had ,had any replies,I could not find it.

So I wanted to know if anyone could advise me how to get a copy of a recent ESA medical.I have been asked to apply for PIP when my DLA ends and have read the ESA result may be used toward evidence for my PIP
