During my appeal i said things wrong due to a lack of b12. instead of telling the board that i could walk 20 to 30 yards i mistakenly said that i could walk 200 to 300 yards. i was not aware of what i had said until i got out of the room when my Welfare Rights officer (WRo) told me of what i had said, i was so gutted at what i had done. The (WRo) told me that there was nothing that could be done. Needless to say I lost my appeal. Keep up the good work. Keith
If this was a claim for PIP then you can make a new claim immediately, if it was ESA then there will be issues unless you can show that you now have a new and significant condition or that your existing conditions have significantly deteriorated.
