Hi all, quick question for my wifes MR- planning/following journey
I have quite a bit to send our lovely friends at the dwp but wanted to check that a statememt i am to make is correct
We know that the dwp sends a guide to ATOS HP's advising them that to get 10 points for said descriptor that claimant should have cognative/memory issues and not just mental health. I wanted to chrck that this is just there guide and that the above is not stated in any kind of legislation as i would like to use something like the below statement if members agree that its relevent
'There is no requirement for someone to have a cognative impairment in order to qualify for points under descriptor 11d even though this is used in decision makers reasoning for awarding 0 points'
