If i have requested the MR within the 1 month deadline but send in further evidence and the actual reasoning for the MR a week after the deadline will this be accepted by DWP? Am i thinking right that the deadline is just to let them know we wanted a MR and that further info is acceptable after this 1 month date so long as its with the Decision Maker b4 he looks again at it
Thanks
If you intend to separate the request from your detailed reasons, then you need to make this clear in the original request or you risk the Decision Maker not waiting for the additional information to be sent.
You should be given four weeks to send any information, but we would recommend that you send it as soon as possible.
So the request for the MR should be sent within the one month but you can send additional information up to four weeks later.
