Hi guys, can anyone tell me how to get my hands on the Report that is produced after assessment? They have asked me to fill in the form again, for reassessment, even although I am not due until September 2016. I thought it might be useful to see what they had written about me. As it will have been some time since you were last assessed your previous reports will likely have been filed in offsite storage so I would raise a Subject Access Request, see the following
I would expect it o take at least 10 working days for you to receive the copy, so may not be available in time for you to return the PIP2 you have just been sent, please don't miss the deadline for this as it could result in your claim being closed.
