Hi
I am sending in a sars request into dwp for DLA-ESA and industrial injuries.
Which is the best address to send it to as each benefit has a different one Many thanks

I would send three separate requests, one to each department.

hi wat is a sars request,i lost my dla sea tribunal in nireland and have now requested statement of reasons and record of procedings,is this the same thing?

A Subject Access Request (SAR) is a request under the Data Protection Act for copies of documents and information held by an organisation on you.

From your post, your request is not a SAR, as the documents you have requested do not currently exist and have to be created by the Judge in response to your request, you could issue a SAR for the Judges notes from the appeal hearing, but it is not usually worth doing this as the Record of Proceedings will cover all of them anyway.
