PIP report shorthand ? What is MSKE & IO ? was created by Sarlouki
For example : the MSKE revealed restriction in upper right limb.
The MSE and IO did not reveal any significant mental health or cognitive impairment to impact on her ability to carry out the task.

MSKE - Muscular SKeleton Examination
MSE - Mental State Examination.
I'm sorry I haven't heard of "IO" before.
