I suffer with Crohns Colitis & was in a dispute with my former employees basically for discrimination.
I suffer on & off where it is imperative that I am near the toilet & on occasions this might mean that I am late for work or appointments.
I am desperate to return to work but I do not want a repeat of history, where an employer can say they wasn't AWARE of my medical condition (disability).
I have an assessment on the 1/10/2015 which is a face to face with DWP.
Is there any advice that can assist me with this please.
I am very nervous & unfortunately having been unemployed now for 18 months I have lost all confidence due to my experience with my former employees. Dawn
