Taxable Benefits

Are all these benefits taken into consideration when deciding if he is entitled to EMA or not (I realise you may not be able to answer that) ?

EMA is not something that we deal with, as you surmised !!

However, the following may help regarding "Benefits" that count as "Taxable Income" :

EMA is not something that we deal with, as you surmised !!

So, DLA, Income Related (IR) ESA, Child Tax Credits and Child Benefit (unless someone in your household has taxable income of over £50,000/Annum) are not classed as "Taxable Income" !!
