Urgent help needed

Had my Heath essesmemt back in July which went well then I received a letter on the 30th saying there ant made a dissuasion yet and will be in touch later that's 2 weeks ago then on sat I revcieved another pip form to fill out is this normally as my first award runs out next year I called them last nov with change of circumstances I will be calling them on Monday I keep you up dated with the outcome I forgot to say I get pip just for the care compont

Called pip about form there told me to put in bin as I still waiting to hear about my change in circumstance received letter 30th July saying there have all my medical evidence and ant made a dission yet when I called them on Monday about new form he just said that I would be hearing soon as there had it 4 week the only thing I can think of his there sent for my cti scan as my appointment was after I had my appointment with atos I keep you up dated my first claim only took 2 weeks the first time and I hope there right by saying bin the other form as it had to be back in by 7th sept I took the person name and time I called

Just called pip there told me something different now I currently get pip for care standard rate last year my circumstance changed I called them there sent me a new form out to fill in went for my medical this July recieved a letter on the 30 th of July saying there still looking into it then I received another form to fill out I was told not to fill out as I have a claim going on just called them today for a up date and was told to fill form out I so confused it's now stressing me out I can't seem to get the wright answer what to do the gentleman said it was for my first claim and he would send them a email confused as what to do
