It's usually a couple of weeks, as it has obviously been longer, give them a call for an update.

I had my medical on 10/08/2015 and received my letter today saying that I had been awarded enhanced in both bits of PIP. Give them a call if you haven't heard anything this far on. If you don't feel able to call yourself, do you have someone who could call on your behalf? Have you spoken to the DWP to request a copy of the report sent from ATOS? That would probably be one of the first things that I would do. Very best of luck with it all.

Great news for you eh. Ive not bothered till recently to claim. PIP. im just writing out the forms. I have pelvic distortion 4 contused discs with arthritis and back spasms that put me on the floor 3 times a week.
Im worried that as I cannot physically manage when they happen and its too dangerous to be in the kitchen how im going to cope as I live alone.
I dont have any DLA or PIP running as its a new claim. Do I have any chance at all?
I cant walk further than 20 m with a stick either.
