can someone help me please with advice my carer is claiming care benefit for caring for me and the ESA have stopped this money out of my benefit money leaving me £60 a week short is this right

Going on the little information that you have given, if your carer has only recently claimed Carers Allowance (CA) for providing care for you, and you were already in receipt of The Severe Disability Premium (SDP) as an Income Related (IR) ESA Premium top-up to your ESA payments, that may be the reason for the deduction from your ESA.

You cannot receive payment of The SDP as an IR ESA top-up at the same time as someone else is receiving CA for providing care for you, see : ESA Premiums

You need to contact ESA for confirmation of the reasons for the deduction :

If your carer is claiming Carers Allowance for looking after you you must have at some time signed some form confirming that they are now caring for you for at least 35 hours a week.

The fact that you would have your amount of ESA(IR) by the amount of the Severe Disability Premium should have been explained to you.
