I think it unlikely, “toilet needs” is defined in the legislation as meaning –
(a) getting on and off an unadapted toilet;
(b) evacuating the bladder and bowel; and
(c) cleaning oneself afterwards
but that does not stop you arguing it although you would need to specifically address the issue of the claimant being affected for the majority of days.
