Hi everyone My partner has received a date for his Appeal to be heard, inviting him to appear and providing directions, etc. However, he requested a paper hearing as the mere mention of this at the moment is having a detrimental effect on his health and he is contemplating withdrawing his appeal. My question is do we have to write to remind them that he wants a paper hearing or do we do nothing now but wait? Any advice would be helpful.

You need to contact the Clerk of the Court for the venue, the number should be on the letter.
