Hi, My appeal will be heard on the 14th August, however, due to my daughter's grand ma death, she had to travel overseas with her mum, and she is the only support I have that is perfectly aware of my condition. The thing is the only returned date available for her is the end of the month. Can I ask the court to postpone the hearing till the end of August?

You can contact The Clerk to The Tribunal in writing to request and adjournment due to the above.
You would have to include your reasons for requesting the adjournment, and whether they would adjourn, and what date they may adjourn until, is at their discretion.
