Hi Gordon ,
I have submitted the appeal papers along with all the letters I submitted for the MR as well as a supporting letter from a family member. At the MR review I also sent a letter to the DWP from my therapist who supports my claim regarding my condition and the problems I am having with what the DWP said I can do, which I can't and have had confirmation from the tribunal.
I received the capita report after sending them. My pip is a review. I was original awarded until March 2016 but this was withdraw after my medical.
I have failed on the medical. She keeps referring go me bending down to get a letter out my bag and I could touch my head and back and touch my toes when ask to. I never was asked to complete the first 2 tasks and vine only go as far as above my knees with the toes.
With the cooking and preparing she says in the report that if I can do cereal and sandwich then I am in a routine so I can cook for myself.
This is the failings.

Then you need to think about preparing a submission for the appeal, explaining why you meet the criteria for an award and where you think that the assessor opinions were wrong.

You'll have a minimum of one month from the date of the DWP submission, but in reality it is likely to be 2-3 months, but there is regional variation.
