Hi, has anyone had this happen to them, DWP receive PIP claim sent by special delivery then the very next day Atos call and leave a message to contact them. surely they could not have gone through every thing in x amount of hours!!!!!! they have not been called yet. Please advise. Tracy .

It's not that unusual, I would guess that the DWP office dealing with your claim and the ATOS one are in the same building.
If you have not included a letter from your GP requesting a home assessment then their only decision so far has been whether a face to face was required or not..

Thanks, I will call tomorrow just did not expect to have this happen the day after with all the waiting time that has gone on it just threw me a bit and to be honest I did just expect a letter to come from Atos for a face to face medical. Thanks again.
