I don't like the sound of this article on bbc website today.

I know its been mentioned before on this site, but now with the government saying they don't comment on rumour, I 'm guessing it may well be true.

Has anyone else seen any other articles / info / opinions on this?

Yes, many of us have read such articles.

However, it is all speculation, and will be until Osborne delivers his "Budget" next week 08/07/15.
