Just wishing to clarify when completing the written submission and you are looking at disputed and undisputed scores do you refer to points awarded by the DWP at their final DWP appeal repsonse as they have changed throughout original claim, MR Claim and Appeal Response?

If the DWP have awarded more or less points at an MR then it is those that you should refer to, however, your primary goal is to show that the claimant should score the points necessary for the intended award, however, the Tribunal will be starting from scratch so it is important to show that the claimant should score all of the points needed for the required award.
