Hi u,
Are your sure that it is an : ESA 50 Questionnaire ?
The ESA50 does not ask for information regarding any other "benefits" that you may be in receipt of such as DLA/PIP on page 3 or anywhere else.
It could be an ESA 2 or an ESA 3 Form ?
These are used to financially assess you rather than assessing your capability for work and which ESA "group" (WRAG or SG) that you should be placed into.
The number of the form should either be at the bottom of the first couple of pages or the bottom of the last page.

Or is it an : ESA 1 Claim Form
It does ask about other "Benefits" in the ESA 1, but not on Page 3 !

Hi u,
Therein is the answer !
The ESA-N-50 is used for ESA claimants living abroad and is a different format to The ESA50 that is used for ESA claimants living in The UK.
It does ask about DLA on page 3.
As it seems from your post : Here, that you do live abroad, the ESA-N-50 is the correct form for you.
Simply state that you receive PIP rather than DLA.
