You need to e-mail them with a request to escalate to a complaint, phoning will do no good !

What if I go to the assestment and tell them everything and take letter and hospital letters will that be ok or will still go against me ? If last year I got through without a medical the form must have been done good unless the form has changed what you think I'm sorry I'm confused and stressed today

Try not to stress too much, you are doing the right things, this is an assessment of how you are now, although your previous form is important, it documents how you were then, it is really important that you bridge the gap between then and now for a proper assessment to be done.
