Hi I have recieved a payout from criminal injuries and I am receiving dla esa C/B in S/G and industrial injuries my question is will I have to pay these benefits back I have been on them for 5years. Thankyou

It will depend on whether your benefits are in payment as a result of any injuries that you suffered or not, your solicitor or advisor that handled your claim should be able to brief you on this.
