ESA Procedure

Hi, I was wondering if you could help, I am in the contribution based support group of ESA and the date on the letter said until March 2015, however I have not heard anything from them yet, and was wondering what is the normal procedure now.

I am also getting DLA standard rate mobility and High rate care indefinitely, however I am i the post code area to have been assessed for PIP by now but have heard nothing, so again was wondering if you could tell me what to expect please.

Any advice would be gratefully received, thank you.

As Gordon advised : Here, the March 2015 date would not have been the recommended date for your reassessment.

ESA Decision Notice letters do not include that information.

To obtain the recommended date for your re-assessment you would have needed to request it.

Re-assessments of current ESA recipients have been getting deferred since January 2014, so the only way to find out your recommended ESA re-assessment date would be to ring ESA :

Hi, thank you, for your reply, the reason I thought it was due in March was because I spoke to a lady at the DWP after having my decision overturned from Wrag to support group and, this was in March 2012 and she said it was for 3 years to 2015, so that was why I was expecting to receive a new ESA form.
