Last october daughter moved from IB to ESA due to youngest child being 5. With the help of this site i helped her complete and document eveerything to go straight to ESA in the support group as she already has disability. Christmas came and her DLA was automatically renewed with hight mobility and med care. She was delighted and rang ESA to find out why there was no movement on her ESA, was told no appointments available for assessment. It finally came through in March, was cancelled no staff, April new appointment, they phoned to say they could see her 2 hours late just as her kids were due out of school. 3rd appointment today and guess what we got to the office and its been cancelled again is this a record. it is now nearly 8 months I could not believe my ears. Now I am putting in a formal complaint!!!!. Are they waiting for the election results or what.
