You are entitled to see any of the information used in the making of the Decision, whether it was in your favour or not, the DWP seem to be releasing the assessment report for PIP, at least on occasion, before the Decision is made so just contact them for a copy.
Also, there is no problem with you chasing the DWP to see if the report has been received and is being processed.
