I posted last night, but not sure if it actually went through!!!
I'm in the process of requesting an MR for a PIP decision (I only scored 2 points). I am in the support group of ESA, following a tribunal last year (the judge rang me on the day of the hearing to say I didn't need to attend as they had found in my favour). As part of the decision notice, it was stated that the DWP had stated I had scored 9 points for q15 (getting about) (b) is unable to get to a specified place with which the claimant is familiar, without being accompanied by another person.
Would this count as a score for the mobility part of PIP? Could this be used towards the MR evidence?
Many thanks in advance

The Tribunal Decision may be of assistance in your PIP claim, it will be limited by it's age and also due to the guidance issued to PIP assessors which is different from that for ESA, but it none the less shows that the panel, who would be expected to have an excellent understanding of the requirements for this ESA descriptor, evaluated you as meeting it.
