my son who has uncontrolled epilepsy had dla granted indefinetly .i know he will be assessed again .will i be able to attend the assessment with him because he has no memory of what happens after the seizures he is confused and manic and not only a danger to himself but other people .how can you assess people with this condition unless you witness it .

Yes, your son is entitled to have someone with him at any face to face assessment that he is asked to attend.
