Hi c,

No, you cannot receive both !

See : ESA Eligibilty

The SSP should be paid for 28 weeks, and you can start your claim for ESA shortly before the end of that period.

See information under the heading : "If you’re not eligible or your SSP ends" around half way down : This Page.
