Looking to any Mod's for info

Hi All

May I ask the Mod’s if any of them have any knowledge as to how much information is held on the “State Pension, DWP System” regarding say, IB & ESA ( c ) .

I have been trying to get a forecast as, I’m another of those for whom our State Pension has been deferred by this Government for 6 years, and so far it’s taken four phone calls and every ten days it fails to appear, followed by apologies and yet another promise.

That aside, the way the call was handled and what I assume to be security questions re: other benefits, I still came away feeling, suspicious for want of a better description…………….the whole ethos around welfare reform and attitudes towards benefits claimants not only makes me feel a failure and outcast in today’s society, but I’ve become hyper jumpy and suspicious too……………………I know I’m not alone there.

So I guess what I am wondering is if they just know what benefits you have and are claiming or do they also hold diagnostic information?
