DLA to PIP was created by McGoggy
I feel really stupid asking this question but I have looked at the guides etc and cannot see any reference to it. So here goes!
I have an indefinite DLA award so expect to be invited to apply for PIP sometime after October this year. I understand that the first approach will be a telephone call. Will I get a letter first advising me of the time to call or will they call me when my turn comes around.
I don't always answer the phone so I am a bit worried that

Hi eg,

When your time comes to be transferred to PIP, you will receive a letter.

Being transferred from DLA to PIP is covered from Page 12 of our : PIP Claims Guide. (2nd Link on page)
