I was awarded PIP earlier this year, a organisation helped me with form & we're good at asking me questions & putting my information down, however they no longer are available. I am now presented with the ESA50 form on mental health grounds (lots of facets to my condition) and I know what I want to say but don't know how to put down in words...ive read guidlines, asked other people & my carer & just have lots of notes scattered!! Can anyone help?
