Has anybody any idea when the Scottish Parliament will take over DLA claims, and what effect on waiting times to be reassessed, due to this changeover.?

I am not aware of any timescale for this to happen.

2018 I read in one of many hundreds of pages I have been reading. Various bodies in Scotland are trying to get number 10 to stop the PIP from further rollout. As what will happen is people getting two loads of assessment no doubt. Makes sense to do so. However ,number 10 says PIP is great and to do so would disadvantage disabled people in Scotland!
