iv rearranged to 1st april ..very apt date ?? at north Manchester hospital which is about 15 plus miles away

iv managed to get file down from 450 plus to about 200 - 250 pages just sending stuff relevant to my illness
iv took somethings out of my drs records that are orivate and nothing to do with my ill ,,is this ok ?

Hi momx,
You can have someone to accompany you, who can take notes at the assessment.
Remember, be prepared for them to ask questions regarding how you managed to travel to and from The Consultation Centre.
They will take this into account as part of the assessment.
