face to face assesment theyv not got my evidence

hiya bro I got my records yesterday all 450 plus pages iv gone through them and took out whats relevant to my illnesses. about 200-250 pages

I want to record the medical what sort of device would I use ?? and how do I go about it thanks mx

The very fact that you have provided no extra evidence with The PIP 2 Form may be the reason why they have called you to a F2F, as they don't have enough information to carry out an assessment on the paper evidence alone.

I note from your post : Here, that they are contacting one of your treating HCP's to request Further Medical Evidence. (FME)

Hi momx,

In response to your two posts above :

Try and narrow the pages of evidence down to important extracts.

From what you are saying, you are going to provide nearly all your medical records !!

There is no need to include pages with regards to normal standard issues like Medication Reviews, or where you may have had a Flu or another virus.

There is no benefit to providing duplicate information with regards to the same medical condition either.

Try and keep the evidence pertaining to the diagnoses of the medical conditions that cause your limitations.

You could provide evidence of the initial diagnoses, then add any further related pages where you have had tests, or your medication/treatment has been altered, or there have been further developments or findings, etc , etc.

It is highly likely that if you send that many pages, The Assessor and/or The DWP PIP DM will not read them all, they may therefore miss important evidence.

You have to try and minimise the amount of pages that you are going to provide, whilst not missing any important evidence.

With respect to your Assessment in Warrington, you could contact ATOS, and inform them that you cannot get there.

I am afraid that I am struggling to keep up with your queries as you have so many different topics on the go, with repeat queries !!

Unless you are going to provide expensive professional equipment yourself by pre-arrangement with ATOS, the only other way would be to covertly record it without The Assessor knowing using a "Phone" or Dictaphone.

You should be aware that if you do try to covertly record it and the Assessor finds out that they can stop the "Medical" and refuse to go on.

Although ATOS did provide recording facilities for ESA "Medicals" we are not aware of them providing the same for PIP "Medicals".

but I did tell them I wold forward the evidence when I got it off my doctor my daughter is going to fotocopy it Monday then im sending it off to the address I saved off my pip2 form
iv managed to get file down from 450 plus to about 200 - 250 pages just sending stuff relevant to my illness

iv took somethings out of my drs records that are orivate and nothing to do with my ill ,,is this ok ?
