Hi just noticed a paragraph on your newsletter stating at the time of writing march 2015 there is a massive backlog of claimants as a result existing claimants are not currently being assessed unless they or someone else have reported a change really paranoid and panicking now my assessment is next week .well I have not reported a change yet so does anyone know what could have happened.

Hi mm,

Anyone that had already been re-referred to ATOS for reassessment before the 22nd January 2014 when the deferrals began would be reassessed.

It seems from comments in your previous posts, i.e. "last esa50 I filled in was in January 2014" that you were already in the reassessment process before that time.

It is likely that your ESA50 has been sitting in a pile awaiting action since then.

So to be clear, any claimant's that had already been re-referred to ATOS prior to 22/01/14 can expect to be reassessed, despite the deferrals after that date.
