Hi Gordon,
Thank you. That's a good idea. I've stopped in the middle of page 6, about my condition.
I have never done a PDF form before. Not sure how I add pages and insert links. I'll certainly Google it, but I'm guessing Document > Insert Page? And then adding pages... ?

The PDF will not allow you to insert pages, you will need to do this in a separate program, if you are running Windows 7 or 8, the you should have WordPad available or you can use a commercial package such as MS-Word (other word processing packages are available). If you are using an Apple then I'm afraid I don't know the available software.

I am sad to say all of my friends have drifted away over the years. Various reasons, recent stresses putting the icing on the cake - bereavement, facing eviction etc. So there's no one really I can sit with for even support. Hence the blind panic/overwhelm.
Grateful to be able to post here! It's helping. I got HRM on my DLA 'indefinitely', but I know about the PIP transfer later this year. Trying not to think about that just yet. :/

apple has word and pages which is similar to word, download them from the app store
