I have had my ESA medical cancelled three times had an appointment for fourth on Friday 6th March just received another letter today cancelled again is this the norm hope not its so distressing.

It is certainly not the norm, but it is not that uncommon either.
Maximus.(CHDA) took over the ESA WCA Contract from ATOS yesterday, so any future contact should be with them.
