New ESA50 now available

I do apologise if this has already been mentioned but it seems that the new 2015 issue of the ESA50 form is now available online .

It doesn't look like much has changed but there is now a section advising what they do and do not need to see, a bit like in the PIP2 notes.

Yes, we were made aware of this earlier on today.

Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire

The site owner is also aware and will make any updates necessary to the ESA Claims Guides.

There is no major difference, they are simply giving advice on what type of supporting evidence the claimant should supply with The ESA50.

However, this is only advice, and not legislation, so claimants are free to supply any evidence that they see fit.

To be clear, there has been no change to the ESA qualifying criteria/ESA legislation.
