Hello, I have recently received my paperwork with the April increases on. I am a carer for my 2 children who have disabilities, I get carers allowance and income support. As part of my income support I get help with the interest on my mortgage, but from April the amount has been reduced. Anyone got any idea why? Thank you.

My full name is showing, how can I stop it? If the amount is small, then it may be because the amount of the mortgage has been reduced over the preceding year and the DWP have re-calculated the their payments, however if it is large or you are not happy with the amount then you will have to contact the DWP for further information.
