Hello, if anyone is interested, I listened to "you and yours" on radio 4 at lunchtime. today. They were interviewing The head on Maximus,, also mention of Sue Marsh. The good news is that Maximus is going to ensure that the service to us is going to be more customer cantered, focused (yeah right) and the sum of money they are being paid by this government is absolutely disgraceful. if anyone wants to listen will get it on I player.
