My neighbour has asked that when the mobility hp agreement on her car ends in May this year will this change mean a start to the transfer to pip. She is on dla high rate for both care and mobility for life, at the moment!!! Thank you.

Motability is completely independent of the DWP and starting a new lease will not trigger a re-assessment of their claim.
