Hi, Would I still be eligible to claim ESA as I am studying a University degree with open university which is a home based course. The course is part-time.

As all Open University courses are designated as part-time there should be no problem with you claiming ESA, however, you need to make sure that your doing this is not at odds with any limitations that you might specify on the ESA50.
