hi I have di George 22q211 it a lot of sytoms like cleft pate etc infections one left kidney I have right knee replacement as well be turn down once justing waiting for a medical assessment as I want to do it right this time any I ideas

You don't say what "Benefit" you are awaiting a "medical assessment" for ?

If it is PIP, there is a section from page 64 onwards of our : PIP Claims Guide, (2nd Link on page) that explains what to expect at the assessment.

If it is an ESA Assessment, then as you will see from this FAQ : ESA Medical – What to expect, advice on what to expect can be seen from Page 70 onwards of our Employment and Support Allowance claims on physical health grounds 3rd link down this page : ESA Claims Guides, or from Page 72 onwards of our Employment and Support Allowance claims for Mental Health and Learning Difficulties guide, 4th link down the same page.

I don't know whether you have received an appointment for an Assessment yet, if you haven't, then there may be no need for one if the Assessors have enough paper evidence to make a recommendation for an award on PIP or ESA whichever is applicable.
