Is there any cause for concern, because they have not heard back at all as of 2 Feb and when I call the DWP contact centre, they say they have no record of anything being done, although they can see the Appeals Service request.
Thank you

Hi A,
Once The Tribunal Service (TS) have accepted your appeal, they should send a notice to The DWP.
The DWP are supposed to respond within a month, and you should receive a "bundle" containing all the evidence pertinent to your appeal. (DWP's evidence and your own)
The DWP can request an extension to the month and we have had the Xmas & NY holidays.
From now on, all your correspondence should be with The TS Clerk, and you could contact them to inquire whether the DWP have been granted an extension.
